Estimate costs of your visit
The exact cost of an appointment can never be pre-determined. Office visit charges can vary depending on complexity of care, procedures performed and health insurance contract. However, a range of costs can be provided based on a typical visit.
The estimated amount of your payment responsibility could be in the following ranges for a standard visit and procedures that may be performed. Of course, additional procedures will increase the cost:
- Office visit
- Lung function testing
- Allergy skin testing
We participate with many insurance plans, and many patients find that their insurance company will pay for most or all of the above services. However, some insurance plans require patients to pay a portion of the bill – called out-of-pocket costs or the patient responsibility. Your out-of-pockets costs for medical services can be a result of co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance or non-covered services.
Following your visit, your bill for medical services will be submitted to your health insurance company which will tell us the exact amount you owe, if any. You will be billed for these services within 30 days of your visit, and payment is due upon receipt of this bill.
We understand that managing healthcare costs can be difficult, so we provide options to pay your bill. We accept all major credit cards and participate with Care Credit, a healthcare credit card offering interest-free payment plans.
